Business Policy

Net 30 days. Statements are sent on or about the first of each month and are due by the end of the same month.

Your account will be considered delinquent if payment of any Avanti Dental Lab invoice is not received by the end of the month following the month the invoice is dated.

Delinquent accounts are subject to a monthly late fee of two percent (2%) on any delinquent balance. Late fees are assessed in full on the first of each month when there is an outstanding delinquent balance. Should your account become delinquent for ninety (90) days or more, the account will be subject to any and all attorney's fees and or collection costs in addition to all applicable late fees.

In order to perform the necessary functions required for a superior restoration, certain time in the laboratory is required. Although cases may be completed in as little time as 7 business days, we respectfully request 10 business days in lab (weekends and holidays excluded). Reconstruction, precision attachment, and complex cases may require additional time due to their complexity. Any case requiring more than 10 days in lab will be discussed with you.

Rush cases will be discussed on a case by case basis.
